  • The Service Advisor will send you an electronic bill which you can review and pay online
  • The Service Advisor will coordinate with you when you want the vehicle parked outside with the keys in it

If you aren’t able to visit the dealerships you can call or text us and our Equipped Roadside Vehicle will come to you.

How does it work?

  • text or call 616-502-9996 our Mobile Manager, Jeff Jeanette (Master Certified Technician)
  • provide your name, VIN, vehicle concern and location of vehicle
  • Jeff will contact you and come with his roadside vehicle.
  • It’s fully equipped with an air compressor, tools, jack, batteries and jump box.
  • There is no additional charge for the mobile visit

*of course some services may not be found to be completed off site, but we’ll try for you

  • professional “anti-bacterial fogging” of the entire dealership this weekend
  • purchased a Hydroxyl generator to continually purify and sanitize the air for the three main campuses
